Refund and Cancellation Policy

a. Refund Policy:

Stories Travel understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading customers to cancel their booked tours. To best support customers in these situations, we have established a clear and transparent cancellation policy as follows:

  • Canceling 40 days in advance: Customers will receive a full refund of 100% of the payment made. This time frame allows us to adjust plans and create opportunities for other customers.
  • Canceling between 31 to 40 days in advance: Customers will receive a refund of 70% of the payment made. We still hope to serve customers in the future.
  • Canceling between 21 to 30 days in advance: Customers will receive a refund of 50% of the payment made. We understand that canceling a tour may not be easy, and we are always ready to listen and assist.
  • Canceling between 11 to 20 days in advance: Customers will receive a refund of 30% of the payment made. While this situation is undesirable, we still hope customers feel satisfied with our resolution.
  • Canceling before 10 days: Unfortunately, we cannot refund any amount in this case due to fixed costs that cannot be returned within such a short time frame.

However, in cases of force majeure, such as those caused by natural disasters, we at Stories Travel will always support you as flexible as possible! Withal, any deposits made for restaurants, hotels, etc., will be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective parties.

b. Airline Ticket Refund Policy:

For paid airline tickets, refunds will be processed according to the policies of each airline. This means that even if customers cancel their tour 40 days in advance and receive a full refund for the tour, the refund for airline tickets will depend on the airline’s regulations. Some airlines may apply cancellation fees or not allow refunds in certain cases.

We recommend that customers notify us of tour cancellations via email or phone to receive timely support from our customer service team. Our team is always ready to assist and ensure that all customer inquiries or requests are resolved quickly and effectively.
